Leeuwin II has a permanent crew , a volunteer crew and is supported by a dedicated staff resident in 'B' shed at Fremantle, Western Australia.
The permanent crew is composed of Captain (Master), First Officer (Mate), Bosun, Engineer and Chef. These are, in turn, supported by volunteers ('Red Shirts') - Watch Leaders, Program Coordinator, Purser, Cook's Mate and Bosun's Mate.
Opportunities exist for interested persons to apply to become either permanent crew or
volunteer (redshirt) crew.
